53 year old, Marion Knight better known as rapper Suge Knight, accepted a plea deal Thursday in connection to a hit and run incident that left Terry Carter dead. Suge Knight pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter after striking Terry Carter with a Ford 150 in 2015 outside a Compton restaurant due to a dispute over the “Straight Outta Compton” film. Knight will be sentenced October 4th. Prosecutors agreed to dismiss his other criminal matters as part of the deal. If Knight’s full sentence is serve Knight will be released at age 79.

Bizzy Bone member of Hip Hop group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony turns 42 today. Bizzy Bone best known for his fast rapping, got his big break after being heard by Eazy-E 1992.

Eminem dropped Kamikaze unexpectedly August 31, 2018. The surprise album that has features from Joyner Lucas, Royce da 5’9 and Jessie Reyez. Em pays homage to MC’s such as Kendrick Lamar and J.Cole but shuns the rest of modern day Hip Hop. Eminem took shots at Lil Yatchy, Lil Pump, continued his ongoing beef with Machine Gun Kelly and many other currently popular artist. Since then Machine Gun Kelly is the only rapper to reply with his diss track titled “Rap Devil”.
