Dr.Dre was handcuffed and questioned by police Monday 7/25/2016 after a road rage incident. The motorist pulled off of PCH and blocked Dr.Dre's home. Dr.Dre asked the driver to move his vehicle. While moving the car the driver cursed Dr.Dre out! Dre pulled into his drive way pulled out his phone and began recording the irate driver.

Sources claim the driver then said "Here we go again, another black guy with a gun". LA County Sheriffs said the driver called 911 to report someone pulled a gun on him.

When the deputies arrived they handcuffed Dr.Dre and searched him. They found no gun. The driver insisted on filing a citizen's report, which is a report detailing his allegations.

The Sheriffs department will forward the report to the district attorney, who will decide if there is a case.

If perhaps Dr.Dre did have a gun and the irate driver was on his property, why was he handcuffed? Curious as to how this story will unfold and if this was a racial charged incident.

Dr.Dre could be facing misdemeanor charges for brandishing a firearm.
