Martin Luther Meek Mill is back at it, looking out for inner cities and people of color once again. Jay-Z and Meek Mill have partnered together to hopefully change America’s corrupt criminal justice system.

Former Obama advisor Van Jones has been appointed as CEO of REFORM. Philadelphia 76ers co-owner chairmen Michael Rubin will serve as REFORM’s chairman. Othering founding chairmen include New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and Brooklyn Nets co-owner Clara Wu Tsai.
The group is committing 50 million to launch the organization. During the press conference Rubin stated that 6.6 million people are currently in the US criminal justice system and four million people are on probation.
