Thin Line Between Love and Hate was released by The Persuaders in 1971. In 1996 the group H-Town remade the song for the movie "A Thin Line Between Love and Hate" featuring Martin Lawerence. H-Town's rendition reached #6 on the Billboard R&B chart and #37 on the Billboard Hot 100. The lead singer of H-Town Dino was killed in an automobile accident in 2003.
