I wasn’t familiar with the 20 year old artist H.E.R until my mom introduced me to her music. I think it’s intriguing H.E.R chooses to keep her identity anonymous. After listening to several of her tracks on YouTube I’m a fan. H.E.R’s song Focus has been on replay today. It fits my current mood. Cadillactica is Big Krit's second studio album released November 10, 2014. Do You Love Me featuring songtress/girlfriend Mara Hruby is my favorite song on the album. Recently Big Krit announced on all his social media platforms, his third album is complete and will release soon.

India Arie's Get It Together speaks volumes. From her Voyage of India album, Get It Together, encourages people of all ages to live life and learn to forgive. This is the song of the day because it fits what I'm currently going through. I have a lot of built up anger against people and I must let go!

You probably heard a sample of Try a Little Tinderness on Jay-Z and Kanye West's Watch the thrown album on the track titled Otis. Otis Redding best known for his song Sitting on the Dock, was an emerging R&B act whose life was cut short at the tinder age of 26 after a plane crash.

I grew up in the 90s. Songs like these bring back the best memories. I loved the Rugrats!!! Great track.... nothing better than my childhood! Take me there was produced by Teddy Riley for the soundtrack for the motion picture film The Rugrats Movie.
