singer songwriter for Trey Songz: Kevin Ross

I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Ross essence weekend at the "After Hours Show" powered by Verizon and the 82 group. Kevin Ross is a class act. It was refreshing meeting a star with his credentials that not only is humble but gives credit to God for his success.

Kevin Ross, a graduate of Berklee College of music with a degree in songwriting, has worked with some of the biggest names in R&B such as Jamie Foxx, Akon, Trey Songz and Usher. Kevin Ross wrote "Touchin,Lovin" off of Trey Songz Trigga album.

I remember watching Kevin Ross years ago on Wild Out Wednesday performing an acoustic cover of his song "withdrawal". I have been a fan since. Last summer my mom saw Maxwell in concert and notified me of an upcoming artist who opened the show and it just so happen to be Kevin Ross. Kevin Ross is living proof that hardwork truly pays off.

Kevin Ross also performed his song "Dream" from his EP Dialogue in Grey and gave the audience encouraging words to close his segment of the show.
