SUMMER GOALS: ENDURANCE

You're heading in the right direction... You've changed your outlook on life and your circle of friends. You've found your niche and know your purpose... Now it's up to you to carry out your destiny.

Endurance is the ability to remain active for a long time. While remaining active you learn to resist stopping and recover from setbacks.

Everyone has been faced with adversity at one point in their life. The easy thing to do is STOP... We give ourselves countless reasons as to why our dreams may not be obtainable. We start an amazing project and STOP midway.

Enduring defeat is difficult. But any progress is better than no progress. Your outlook on the present determines your future. Document what you're doing right and ways you can improve.
