1. STAY TRUE TO YOUR WORD
You get what you give. In order to properly execute the teams goal, each team member must fully commit to their designated task. Teammates who don't stick to their word cause stress on other team members. 2. BE ORGANIZED Be on time and be well prepared. Organization is key. I suggest getting a planner, setting reminders and being at meetings before they start. Also making a checklist of things you need to remember. 3. KNOW YOUR ROLE Unfortunately a lot of conflict occurs when team members don't do their job. Whatever you are in charge of focus solely on that. Make sure that your role highlights your strengths 4. BUILD TRUST There's a lot of uncertainty in creating a start-up business. Business will effect your lively hood. Its important that your team mates can trust you. You can build trust by doing everything you commit to doing and being honest about your capabilities. 5. MAKE DECISIONS WITH YOUR TEAM Your teammates should be aware of all business decisions. Documenting everything that is discussed and prospective plans, then discussing them with all team members builds camaraderie. Creating compelling content is not easy. Today digital media is over saturated with the same videos, quotes, etc. Creating content and receiving minimal views can be discouraging. Here's how you can stand out amongst the crowd and create a story that is unique and gravitating. 1. CONNECT - Your audience needs to feel as if your content is believable. Be transparent as possible, so viewers can relate.2. CHALLENGE - Encourage your audience to commit to your brand. Ask your audience to do something in support of you.3. CONFLICT - Tell your audience about the problems you are facing.4. CONQUER - Tell your audience about the problems and feats you have overcome while trying to get your message to out.5. CONCLUDE - Sum up what your ultimate objective is.I admit procrastination is something I battle with. I will hold off starting on tasks for weeks. I decided enough is enough.... PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION. Doing a little bit is better than doing nothing at all. Here's a few tips I have used to get shit done. 1. Put Down Your PhoneMy cellphone is a huge distraction. Sometimes I spend hours browsing online without consciously knowing it. If you have an iPhone you can set time limits that will disable social media and other distractions using the screen time widget. 2. Have Daily GoalsI look over my goals everyday. I try to finish at least 3 of my goals daily. Sometimes I will start on a goal and pick it up the next day or hours later. 3. Detach From EverythingSitting in absolute silence for 10 minutes daily helps me focus and think clearly. After my 10 minute meditation period, I've noticed I am more productive. 4. Reward YourselfAfter I finish a goal or task I do something I enjoy. The harsh reality is, working toward your goals is usually not a fun process because it requires sacrifice of some sort. 5. Examine Your ProgressAt the end of the day I reflect on what I accomplished. I ask myself "Kanise could you have done more today"? If there are goals I started but didn't finish I make it a priority to work on them the next day. I also talk to myself. I know some people may think its crazy but I remind myself of the great things Ive done throughout the day. I feed off of my progression.

Focus on CONTENTA website that focuses on one subject and is super thorough will receive more views or impressions. Find your niche and focus solely on it. A really thorough article or blog post may be as wordy as 10,000 words. When people are interested in researching a topic they will spend hours looking through your website, if it provides vivid photos, links and videos related to the topic you are more likely to receive more views and impressions. Your site may also be referenced on other sites as a credible source. 2. Optimize Title Tag and Meta DescriptionA Title Tag is the HTML code that specifies the title of a web page. Title tags are the clickable headline in search engine results. Title Tags should include keywords that accurately describe the content. A Title Tag should be short and to the point, yet catch the readers attention. 3. Use Google Search Console Google gives you a tool that teaches you how to rank number one on Google. Google Search Console shows you how many people are seeing your listing. It also shows you which keywords are getting the most impressions on your website.
